400kV HV overhead line to the Totana ADIF traction substation (Murcia)
The scope of this contract includes both the supply of materials and the installation of a 400 kV dual phase power line, consisting of two sections:
- Single circuit, 1.8 km.
- Dual circuit, 10.7 km.
The line features a LA-455 two-cables per phase design with two optical ground wire, OPGW-type cables.
It consists of a total of 36 towers made up of metal lattice structures.
In their entirety, the foundations are independent compacted beds for the four legs. The earthings are made by copper-steel rods, connected to the structure by means of copper cables plus an embedded perimeter ring.
