We carry out maintenance of public infrastructures, green areas and comprehensive maintenance of buildings
We carry out maintenance of public roads to keep them in perfect condition for pedestrians and vehicles. We create new spaces such as parks and gardens. We perform comprehensive maintenance of buildings, ranging from brickwork and painting works to electromechanical installations.
This activity is the result of the acquisition by the Lantania Group in May 2019 of the Public Works Construction, Concessions and Services division of the Velasco Group.
Outdoor urban services
Maintenance of road surfaces, signage, street furniture and green areas
We have extensive experience in the maintenance of urban environments. We have a huge presence in road maintenance, road surfaces, horizontal and vertical signage, and street furniture, not only in Spain but also internationally, for municipalities such as Madrid, Las Rozas (Madrid), Arona (Tenerife), or Warsaw (Poland). We are also specialised in the upkeep of green areas.
Additionally, we carry out maintenance work on critical infrastructure such as runways and accesses of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.
