At Lantania we have extensive experience in all types of building projects: single-family and collective housing, industrial developments, parking lots, hospitals, sports facilities, educational centres, prisons, etc.

We are involved in the construction of all types of non-residential buildings, both public and private. In recent years, we have built hospital, educational and sports complexes, as well as singular buildings.

These projects include the expansion of the Guadalajara University Hospital for the Castile-La Mancha Health Service (SESCAM), which has doubled its surface area and has gone from having 382 to 771 beds; the Isabel de Basilea Infant and Primary Education School in Burgos for the Ministry of Education of the Regional Government of Castile and León, with a capacity for 450 students; the renovation of the Sports Complex of the Royal Automobile Club of Spain (RACE), with a built surface area of 4,231 m²; the construction of the new building for the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid on the Somosaguas Campus, equipped with offices, classrooms, management and administration seminars, as well as the urbanization of the surrounding area; Building 3, which houses the new Jarama Circuit Boxes in Madrid for RACE; or at an international level the construction of the Land and Mortgage Registry building in the city of Lodz (Poland).

The Lantania Group has developed its strategic commitment to the residential building sector through the company Obras y Proyectos Gestilar, created jointly with the real estate developer Gestilar for the construction of a portfolio of more than 2,000 homes.

This agreement includes three important developments located in the northern area of Madrid, the residential complexes Isla de Tambo, with 52 homes, Isla de Pedrosa, with 150 homes, and Isla de Cortegada, with 30 homes. All of them have large balconies, parking lots, storage rooms, a swimming pool, landscaped urbanisation and high quality customisable finishes. Two other developments close to Barcelona also belong to the same field, the Voramar I and Voramar II residential complexes, consisting of 99 and 40 homes, respectively, with business premises, parking lots and storage rooms, located on Illa 5 in Badalona, with the same features as the previous ones.

Additionally, we have started the construction of more than 1,200 homes in the south of Madrid, which represents one of the most important build to rent projects in Spain. Specifically in the municipalities of Getafe and Vallecas: Vallecas 1A with 137 homes, Vallecas 1B with 98 homes, Vallecas Beta with 46 homes, Getafe I with 480 homes and Getafe II with 262 homes.

Lantania has also built other real estate developments, such as the residential complex of 89 homes in Cubelles (Barcelona) for Altamira Santander Real Estate S.A., located on the beachfront, with 16,464 m² of built area and their corresponding parking lots, storage rooms, swimming pool and communal area; the project and execution of 43 homes in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid) under the VPPL (Capped price social housing cooperative) scheme, including storage rooms, parking lots and communal outdoor areas, for Brosh Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, S.L.; and even buildings of single-family homes for private customers.
